My event is outdoor, can I still book the service? | Only for Helium String Arch is indoor. As for Classic Column Arch and Classic Column Pillar with Jumbo foils, it can be indoor or outdoor. |
Any delivery surcharge required? | No, there is no delivery surcharge for all destinations EXCEPT for inaccessible locations such as Sentosa and Tuas whereby there is a surcharge of $20 transportation cost |
