Please read these terms and conditions before booking our services.

Payment Terms

• All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

• Full payment is required upon booking our service.

• Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

• A transport surcharge of $20 is applicable for inaccessible locations such as Sentosa and Tuas

• Party Twist only accept PayNow / Paylah as our payment method

• Breakage or damage to any of our equipment will be charged to the client accordingly.

Postponing of event

• Postponing of event can only be done 7 working days prior to the event

• Postponing of event is subjected to $50 surcharge, subjected to availability

Cancellation of event

• We will issue a refund of 50% of invoice charged for cancellation made more than 7 working days before event time

• We will not issue any refund for cancellations made less than 7 working days before event time
